How to Reroll Races in The Forge
Races are one of the key mechanisms in The Forge, as they affect how you mine, fight, and explore the map. At the start of the game, you will be assigned a race, whether you want to eliminate enemies like zombies more effectively or increase your destructive power against rocks while mining; reselecting your race can help you.
How to change race in forging
When you first start playing "The Forge," you will immediately receive a quest directing you to meet Master Moro. After talking to Moro, an interface will quickly appear displaying your character information and allowing you to roll dice to choose different races.
If you want to re-roll your character, you can click the "Re-roll" button at the bottom of the screen. However, you only have three chances to roll at the beginning. This means you will face some limitations early in the game. You can also try redeeming valid codes to gain more roll opportunities.
Note: Once you leave this interface after talking to Master Moro, you will not be able to change your race by conversing with him again. This means if you want to re-select a race, you need to find other NPCs or use the shop.
Reselect race through the shop
The simplest way to reset your race is to open the shop. On PC, you can press the T key to open your backpack, then click the yellow "Shop" tab. Afterwards, scroll right in the shop until you find the "Reset Race" section. Here you will see a green button that says "Go to Race Menu." Click it to open the reset race window.
How to reselect a race at the wizard
The sorcerer is one of the most concealed NPCs in the furnace. Don't worry, we have the fastest route to find him:
- After respawning on the Stone Awakening Cross map, head towards the cave.
- Now, do not go right (into the cave), but go left instead.
- After passing through the NPC, you will find a house near the end on the left side.
- After going through this door, you can find the sorcerer's location in the blacksmith shop.
You can also find the wizard in the castle area of the Forgotten Kingdom. Starting from the spawn point, follow the path on the right to get there. Once there, you can easily change your race at the forge.
After finding the wizard, please follow these steps to change or regenerate your race at the forge:
- Walk near the wizard and press the E key to open the scroll page.
- Click the "Re-roll" button to roll the dice for the race you want.
- Rolling the dice is based on luck, so you may need to roll several times to find a better result.
